Location Buy Out?

There are two options for doing this.

• 7pm-1am Sunday through Thursdays only, $5000 with a $2000 minimum bar tab and 20% gratuity.
• 12pm-4pm, $2000 with a $1200 minimum bar tab and 20% gratuity.
