This experimental belgian pale ale has fruity and spicy yeast notes with a dry crisp finish.
Bell's signature house ale yeast, mixing a spicy hop character with mildly fruity aromas.
Hopped exclusively with the centennial hop varietal from the pacific northwest, massive additions in the kettle and again in the fermenter lend their characteristic grapefruit and pine resin aromas.
Bell's Brewery began in 1985 with a quest for better beer and a 15 gallon soup kettle. Since then, we've grown into a regional craft brewery that employs more than 500 people over an 31 state area, in addition to Puerto Rico and Washington DC. The dedication to brewing flavorful, unfiltered, quality craft beers that started in 1985 is still with us today. We currently brew over 20 beers for distribution as well as many other small batch beers that are served at our pub in Kalamazoo, the Eccentric Cafe. 100% family-owned and independent, our ongoing goal is to brew thoughtfully, creatively and artistically. We strive to bring an authentic and pleasant experience to all of our customers through our unique ales and lagers.
The number one reason is craft beer tastes better than the "beer water" that is mass produced and mass marketed by the big beer companies. Craft beer tastes better because craft brewers spend their time focusing the quality of their beer rather than focusing on their marketing campaigns and stock prices.
Oh yeah! Craft beers can pack a punch. Most craft beers range from 5-10% ABV, but some can reach 20%, 30%, and even 40% ABV.
