Pair O’ Dice Brewing was founded in 2013 as Clearwater’s first production microbrewery. In that time, husband and wife team, Ken and Julia Rosenthal, have won five Best Florida Beer Championship medals. The key to their success -- outside of meticulous brewing practices -- is taking advantage of Florida’s native flora. Their newest year-round beer, Lucky Lucy Strawberry Blonde, is brewed with Plant City strawberries and the Clearwater Honey Cream is brewed with Florida orange blossom honey and orange peel. Their love of hops has led them to craft several award winning IPAs as well. You’ll find a little bit of everything at Pair O’ Dice so come out and #GetAPair.
The number one reason is craft beer tastes better than the "beer water" that is mass produced and mass marketed by the big beer companies. Craft beer tastes better because craft brewers spend their time focusing the quality of their beer rather than focusing on their marketing campaigns and stock prices.
Oh yeah! Craft beers can pack a punch. Most craft beers range from 5-10% ABV, but some can reach 20%, 30%, and even 40% ABV.
